"I started my massage career in 2020 after graduating from River Valley Community College in New Hampshire. I worked for a few small businesses before finally opening my own practice in 2025. Each practice I worked with was community oriented and their massage intent therapeutically informed. My experience with them has been foundational to own intent and standard of practice today.
My work is heavily based in orthopedic massage and is informed by kinesology. I am experienced in myofascial and deep tissue techniques and certified in manual lymphatic drainage and intra-oral techniques. My intent with all of my massage work is to provide sustainable change in your muscles and connective tissues but also to help reconnect to yourself to your nervous system. My favorite parts of my work are the process of learning each of my client’s needs, planning specific treatments to address those needs and educating my clients about their bodies.
The relationship that is fostered between therapist and client is one of massage therapy’s most rewarding aspects. In my experience it is the mutual trust and respect shared between a client and therapist that fosters the most beneficial effects of a massage. A kaleidoscope changes the world around you and makes the most mundane things wonderful and faceted. I want to be able to help my clients see their bodies in all the beautiful complexity they contain"
